Global Nonexistence of the Solutions for a Nonlinear Wave Equation with the Q-laplacian

We study the global nonexistence of the solutions of the nonlinear qLaplacian wave equation utt −∆qu + (−∆)ut = |u|p−2u, where 0 < α ≤ 1, 2 ≤ q < p. We obtain that the solution blows up in finite time if the initial energy is negative. Meanwhile, we also get the solution blows up in finite time with suitable positive initial energy under some conditions.

We show that it has at least one or two positive solutions. The main tool is Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem on cone and fixed point index theory.

In this paper we investigate the existence and uniqueness for Volterra-Fredholm type integral equations and extension of this type of integral equations. The result is obtained by using the  coupled fixed point theorems in the framework of Banach space $ X=C([a,b],mathbb{R})$. Finally, we  give an example to illustrate the applications of our results.
